 meeting will start at 11:00am at Radisson Blu Dakar (Room Etienne 
Victor), after the AIS 2018 Opening Ceremony and the coffee break.<br><br></div>The tentative agenda includes presentations on:<br><br></div>1. Regional REN updates;<br><br></div><div>2.  Blockchain;<br><br></div><div>3. Internet of Things (IoT);<br><br>4. LIBSENSE (Library Support for embedding NREN Services and e-Infrastructure);<br><br></div><div>5. NREN Identity Federations and eduroam Confederation in Africa.<br><br></div><div>If you are in Dakar at AIS 2018, you are invited to join us at AfREN 2018. <br><br>Please register at <a href="https://indico.wacren.net/event/67/where">https://indico.wacren.net/event/67/where</a> you will also find the tentative agenda.<br><br>We
