[CSIRTs] HeroRAT, CSIRTs in WACREN etc

Hello Colleagues,

I know Telegram is increasingly being used in the community and I came
across this advisory which I thought to share

"HeroRAT – A totally new Telegram-based Android RAT is spreading in the
wild"

..but also because this list has been silent for some time and needs to
wake up to cybersecurity activities happening in WACREN and training
planned for later in the year which will have prerequisites for applicants.

Can I ask if any NRENs or Institutions have moved their security teams
forward since from our last workshops?
