that examined TANDEM for EC.

CONGRATULATIONS to all of you! It was a sincere pleasure to work with you, 
and I want to thank you again for your professionalism all along the project 
which allowed us to overcome all difficulties.

In this report, you will also find pertinent recommandations to help WACREN 
making the TANDEM outcomes sustainable (see section recommandations on 
future work).
