we will be organizing this Joint event MAGIC/Sci-GaIA/TANDEM in

Please mark your calendars for March 28, right before the
WACREN<br>

The Workshop is being organized by WP5 since it will be

on the work with communitiesm but we would like to have all
partners<br>
at the meeting.<br>
For those of you who do not have enough travel budget for
the trip<br>
we will be able to make reallocations as needed since some
partners<br>
will not be able to spend all their budget for different reasons.
So, the<br>
funding is assured.<br>
I really hope that all partners can make it.<br>
As for the Visa, we will requiere from our friends in
WACREN to<br>
issue invittion letters for all attending persons. To ask this to
Omo and<br>
Boubakar we will need the name of the person that will attend the<br>
meeting.<br>
For those being worried about the attendance to the Final
Evaluation<br>
Meeting in Brussels, do not forget that the original plan es to
have only the<br>
WP leaders in that meeting. Of course everyone is welcome, but our
priority<br>
in terms of traveling should be the meeting in Abidjan.<br>
We will be receiving a draft agenda in the coming days.<br>

WACREN 2017 on Tuesday 28th March.</div>

we structure the day</div>

<div>In MAGIC WP5, we are considering building on the workshop
on end-user engagement in the last Ubuntunet-Connect. This
is aligned with the TANDEM institutional focal points model
and can form a session in which Sci-GaIA's communities of
practice and champions can also fit in well. </div>

</div>
<div>I believe we can top and tail this with a session that
sets the stage and another dwells on key outputs of each
project and its application. </div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>A final panel session on life on how we extend
benefits/outputs/outcomes of these projects could be a
useful conclusion.</div>
