[Community] WACREN Chairman wins ICANN multi-stakeholder Ethos Award at ICANN53

Dear Collleagues,

Prof. Nii Quaynor,  Chair of the WACREN Board received yet another
award, this time for his demonstrated extraordinary commitment to the
multistakeholder model at the ICANN53 meeting holding in Buenos Aires.

His view that minority voices are better empowered in a consensus
environment could not have receved any more resounding support.
