Dear Boubakar,
Prof Dakubu has participated to some of the UbuntuNet Alliance meetings and I remember very well of all his contributions. 
Please accept the heartfelt condolences from all the members of the DRC NREN. We are addressing our condolences to WACREN and to the Prof Dakubu family.
