[Community] Open Data workshop in Africomm 2015

For your information, especially for those interested in open data and
the intersection with development.

Mine4Dev will be hosting the "1st African Workshop on Open Data and Data
Mining for Development" in colocation with Africomm 2015 which takes
place in Cotonou, December 15-16, 2015.

Mine4Dev is expected to highlight use cases that are based on specific
problems linked to local realities both in rural and urban areas.

Deadline for call for papers for those interested in submissions is
September 30 2015.
