[Community] SLREN 2016 Conference successfully ended!!

Thanks, Boubakar! Well, this would not have been accomplished without your
support and encouragements and that of colleague NRENs. Thank you all! But
as the saying goes, *hard work means more work*!

We have an urgent request from the World Bank to submit a draft TOR for a
Consultant to work with me to prepare the SLREN Business case by mid this
week! The World Bank is actually willing to hire 2 Consultants! I actually
told the WB Country Manager that WACREN may assist with the recruitment of
the consultant(s)

Can you or Colleague NRENs assist with a template TOR that I can reuse
please?
