[Community] Digital taxation project in Togo

Dear all,

I am looking for a senior person in Togo to be part of a Digital taxation
project. Ideally the person would be a telecom engineer with cost modeling
experience. Or someone with economics/financial background and
telecom/digital costing experience. Need to speak French and English.

Please let me know if anyone comes to mind.
