[Community] TNC21 Online + Lightning Talks

GÉANT has announced that TNC21 will go fully online - 
<https://connect.geant.org/2021/02/01/tnc21-fully-online>, and that 
participation will be free. Registration will begin this month.

As has been the tradition, there will be 5-minute 'Lightning Talks'- 
https://connect.geant.org/2021/01/28/tnc21-lightning-talks-call-for-proposals-now-open

Submission is open and it closes on 11 March 2021.
