Dear All,

We hope you're enjoying the 6th Annual Conference of WACREN. Today, 
after the two sessions -

host a Virtual Gala Event on the Wonder application at 16:00 UTC

There we'll shrug off the technical and academic lingo, and just have 
fun. This will be a fine opportunity for you to catch up with old 
friends, partners and colleagues and meet new ones.

No pre-registration for this; it's a matter of click of a link.

How it works:
* There will be an audio broadcast which you will hear wherever you are 
on the Wonder space.
* Move your avatar to the broadcaster - Effah Amponsah (who will be in 
the area labelled – ‘Secretariat’.
* As soon as you get close to the broadcaster, a circle will be created, 
and a meeting will start.
* You can turn off your video and audio (if you wish) but it will be 
exciting to see you in video.
* Stay in this circle throughout the event; if you move away, you'll 
miss the action.

It will be great to see you with your glass for a toast!

Please, note that the Wonder application is optimised for Chrome and 
Firefox browsers.

Comment ça marche :

* Il y aura une diffusion audio que vous entendrez où que vous soyez sur 
l'espace Wonder.
* Déplacez votre avatar vers le diffuseur - Effah Amponsah (qui se 
trouve dans la zone appelée "Secrétariat").
* Dès que vous vous approcherez du diffuseur, un cercle sera créé et une 
réunion commencera.
* Vous pouvez désactiver votre vidéo et votre audio (si vous le 
souhaitez) mais il serait intéressant de vous voir en vidéo.
* Restez dans ce cercle tout au long de l'événement ; si vous vous 
éloignez, vous manquerez l'action.

Ce sera formidable de vous voir avec votre verre pour un toast !
