[Community] Call for Proposal - IOI Fund for Network Adoption

Dear Community,

Invest in Open Infrastructure (IOI) <https://investinopen.org/> has launched the Call for Proposal for the IOI Fund for Network Adoption <https://investinopen.org/blog/call-for-proposals-ioi-fund-for-network-adoption/>. (It is also available in Spanish <https://investinopen.org/convocatoria-de-propuestas-fondo-ioi-para-la-adopcion-de-redes/>, French <https://investinopen.org/appel-a-propositions-fonds-de-lioi-pour-ladoption-des-reseaux/>, and Portuguese <https://investinopen.org/convocacao-para-propostas-ioi-fund-for-network-adoption/>.)

Pre-applications are open until 30 April, and IOI will host two open office hour calls to answer questions (10th and 17th March).
