🔹 It's a pilot program where we'll co-create practical leadership 
frameworks and toolkits designed for the Nigerian research context. What 
we build together in Nigeria will be template for other countries to 
strengthen our entire ECR community.
🔹 Selected participants will become ECR Champions, taking on leadership 
and mentoring roles for 12 months. This is your chance to shape the 
future of open science in Nigeria and beyond.
