We are arriving at the end of our project and the last event will take
place in Abidjan on March 29, 2017, on the eve of the annual conference of
WACREN.

The TANDEM and WACREN consortium would like to thank you again for your

The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Cote d’Ivoire
will do us the honour of chairing this event. On this occasion, she has
invited her peers from 5 countries of the subregion as well as other
