"The survey recognises research management professionals as anyone,
overseeing, carrying out administrative or operational support functions
related to research in an institution. These can include activities related
to pre-and post-award management, such as, procurement, contractual
arrangements, finance, Intellectual Property, research communication and
public engagement, research IT systems management etc."
