Dear Tiemoman,
Please find some more requests for Visa letters from colleagues. Is there
a dedicated liaison for this on the RITER side?
With regards to the dynamic pdf invitation letter for the delegates, please
let me know how far you have gone with this. We need to have this ready
when we open registration *tomorrow.*
If you need our help, please provide a high-resolution signed template on
RITER letterhead that we can add recipient information to.

we will be organizing this Joint event MAGIC/Sci-GaIA/TANDEM in Abidjan,
Cote d'Ivoire.

The Workshop is being organized by WP5 since it will be focused
on the work with communitiesm but we would like to have all partners
at the meeting.

As for the Visa, we will requiere from our friends in WACREN to
issue invittion letters for all attending persons. To ask this to Omo and

meeting.
For those being worried about the attendance to the Final Evaluation
Meeting in Brussels, do not forget that the original plan es to have only
the
WP leaders in that meeting. Of course everyone is welcome, but our priority
in terms of traveling should be the meeting in Abidjan.
We will be receiving a draft agenda in the coming days.

Dear Colleagues,
As you know, we are having a joint H2020 project day in WACREN 2017 on
Tuesday 28th March.
I'd like to discuss your different contributions and how we structure the
day
In MAGIC WP5, we are considering building on the workshop on end-user
engagement in the last Ubuntunet-Connect. This is aligned with the TANDEM
institutional focal points model and can form a session in which Sci-GaIA's
communities of practice and champions can also fit in well.
I believe we can top and tail this with a session that sets the stage and
another dwells on key outputs of each project and its application.
A final panel session on life on how we extend benefits/outputs/outcomes of
these projects could be a useful conclusion.
