[Community] Boubakar Barry for Afrinic Board of Directors

Dear Colleagues,

I have nominated our CEO for the Independent/Non-Geographic seat on the
board of directors of Afrinic.

I believe that Boubakar is a strong candidate for this job and a worthy
representative of R&E interests in Afrinic.  If you agree with this,  I ask
you to cast your vote for him.

e-voting begins on *T*uesday 27th May and all Afrinic members in good
standing who will not physically be in the African Internet Summit in
Djibouti can cast their e-vote and ensure that we get the seat.  You may
also nominate a proxy who can attend to vote on your behalf.

The Afrinic election process also provides for a period *ending this
week*for anyone to comment on the candidates prior to the opening of
voting.
