This is a service that needs to be up 24/7.  We will host in WACREN until
you can provide a reliable service ....maybe when the RITER PoP in AC2 is
deployed.

Can you please start the process of applying for a /22 for RITER only (not
for your members).  We discussed this in Dakar and had one on one chats
with you and Afrinic about this.

Let us know if you need any help and please consult before you send.  This
may take up to a month or so to get so we will have to use WACREN addresses
for the conference.
