[WACREN_2017] Online Streaming for WACREN Conference

Issa,

Unfortunately ISOC have the IETF 98 meeting at the same time as WACREN 2017
so the Africa representatives who have the broadcaster cannot come to
Abidjan.

WACREN will have to provide one but before I settle on model, I wanted to
know how far you have gone with the cameras and video coverage for the
event.

All I need you to confirm is:


   1. how many cameras will be available?
   2. If there are multiple, what mixer will be used?  (need to know if it
   supports HDMI or Composite ports)
