[WACREN_2017] eduroam for RITER

Issa and Davy,

Please free to communicate in French or English whichever you prefer.

I am disappointed that no action whatsoever was taken on this matter on the
helpdesk by anyone despite a due date of Monday 20th.

Please expedite as we need to have eduroam running by Wednesday next week
at the latest.
