[WACREN_2017] eduroam for RITER

Hello OMO,
We have somes problems because the intranet does not work in universities
since September (network cut by Orange for Internet unpaid). But we have
equipment PADTICE that works with internet and I would like to talk with
Alain to see how to deploy the eduroam system on the PADTICE project. On
PADTICE there is Internet that connects some universities.
