Dear NREN Colleagues,
Greetings from the Sierra Leone REN team! I hope you will be able join us
at our 2016 Conference!

One key deliverable of our conference is to present a realistic plan and
budget to establish and develop the SLREN. I have attached the proposed
estimates for discussion with relevant stakeholders prior to the conference.

I would be grateful if colleague NRENs could kindly review and provide
candid advice from their NREN implementation experience.

With regards,

Thomas - SLREN
