Dear Thomas,

I must first of all congratulate you for all the successes so far and
watching from the side lines I can foresee that you are fast on your way to
becoming a vibrant NREN.

I only have very minor comments the  "Forging international
partnerships-establishing connectivity to regional and global RENs"  should
be ongoing not just at the end of the 2017.  And although implied in the
network infrastructure, you should make the acquisition of IP resources
more visible.
